The President/CEO serves as the chief executive and is responsible for the overall leadership, advocacy, financial health, operations, and strategic direction of ACEC/WA. This role requires strong political acumen, deep understanding of the engineering industry and its regulatory environment, and demonstrated success in government relations and stakeholder engagement. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and leads a dedicated staff team committed to serving the engineering profession.

ACEC of Washington is a strong member-led association dedicated to the betterment of the business of engineering. This is accomplished by focusing on three primary areas: Education and Networking, Advocacy, and Member Benefit Programs. We have 150+ members which encompass three different membership categories and which represent over 8,000 employees in Washington State. At current time, we utilize as 100% work from home structure which does require in person attendance at certain educational and membership events throughout the calendar year.
