About the Role
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and updating AIHA websites and web initiatives. When needed they provide support for pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, retargeting campaigns, and summarizing and communicating analytics. They report to the Director, Marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Web
Coordinates web efforts and builds consensus across departments to ensure that all AIHA sites are in alignment with organizational strategy, and lead web development projects.
Manage maintenance and technical support for multiple websites and our online community, the Catalyst.
Oversee and manage the webpage layouts, navigation structure, and workflow approvals.
Make multiple daily webpage updates across several websites, publish multiple new pages and/or page updates daily.
Develop and implement web strategies in coordination with the Marketing Department and other staff, as needed.
Project manage web projects as assigned.
Design and implement web site pages, working with staff needs/suggestions, including the Graphic Design & Branding Associate, to develop the page concept and content.
Develop and implement integrations, in coordination with association’s IT department.
Monthly and ad hoc maintenance of web banner and ad updates.
Responsible for making sure the SOPs related to webpage SEO and taxonomy are carried out accurately.
Responsible for domain management, in coordation with outside IT vendor.
Proactively recommends updates to the UX and architecture of all AIHA sites.
Analytics and Reporting
Create and maintain monthly web analytics reports utilizing Google Analytics and additional third party systems.
Support the Coordinator, Social Media and Pay Per Click (PPC) in the maintenance of monthly pay per click analytics reports.
Monitor social referral, SEO, keyword, and web traffic metrics.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required in relevant area. Ten years of experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Required, at least 5 years experience, in a work setting, of using:
CMS Platforms such as Craft
Web architecture best practices
SEO
Microsoft SharePoint & SharePoint Designer
Adobe Creative Suite
FTP Software
Microsoft Office Suite, including O365, Word, and Excel
Association Management Platform, familiarity with AA a plus
Demonstrate experience in web management and architecture best practices
Have experience managing multiple projects with successful results.
Travel
Travel is not anticipated for this role.

Based on our business set-up and to maximize remote work opportunities, AIHA only employs individuals who live in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia. To be considered a candidate must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia.

The pay for this position ranges from $68k to $72k based on experience.
