Organizational Overview
Donate Life Florida (DLF) is a statewide, nonprofit organization founded in 1997 as the Florida Coalition on Donation, Inc. The Florida Coalition on Donation incorporated as a 501(C)(3) charitable organization in 2005 and filed a DBA 2006. It is funded through voluntary dues paid by the state’s donor programs, memorial donations, annual disbursements from an annuity, and contributions made by the public when receiving or renewing a driver license or license plate.
