The Florida Dental Association (FDA) seeks a talented and detail-oriented Publications Coordinator to support the creation and distribution of print and digital communications. This position helps produce the Florida Dental Association Journal (Today’s FDA), newsletters and the FDA Blog, while maintaining website content and ensuring timely updates.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail and fluency in AP Style. Microsoft Office knowledge is required; Canva and InDesign is preferred; Experience in communications, journalism or public relations; two years of related experience with relevant academic background.

This is an on-site position in Tallahassee, offering a starting salary of $40,000–$45,000, a generous benefits package and a 35-hour workweek.
