The Executive and Marketing Assistant will work with the CEO and staff in a team environment on a variety of projects and office duties. This position will respond to member inquiries, assist with membership sales and education programs, update database entries, draft membership recruitment campaigns, enhance association’s social media presence, meeting planning, ordering supplies and will be the first point of contact for visitors. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing workflow and work with little supervision. Must be self-motivated, trustworthy and demonstrate complete confidentiality.
