Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
The Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) located in Arlington, VA, is seeking a CAO. The CAO is an executive who oversees all administrative operations within AAMI, and reports directly to the CEO. Specifically, the CAO will organize and oversee the day-to-day operations of AAMI to maximize the organization's success. The CAO will serve as the CEO's right-hand person in setting operational strategy and will translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organizational-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. Individual will oversee the finance, HR, and operations departments within AAMI, with three direct reports.
