The Executive Director is responsible the overall management and administration of the Association’s operations, programs, staff. Working under the director of the AIVA Board of Directors, the Executive Director ensures the successful execution of the Association’s mission and strategic objectives.  This role requires a dynamic and organized leader with a strong background in association management, planning and member relations.
