Director of Professional Development (Remote – Eastern Time Zone Availability Required)
Are you a detail-oriented meeting planner with a passion for professional development and strategic program growth? Do you thrive in a remote work culture and enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking a Director of Professional Development to lead the planning and execution of conferences, workshops, webinars, and regional meetings. This role also oversees the Events Manager, ensuring seamless event logistics, sponsorships, and attendee engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and execute professional development events, ensuring an outstanding attendee experience.
Develop strategic, high-quality programmingbased on member needs and industry trends.
Manage the Events Manager, providing leadership in event execution and logistics.
Work collaboratively to market and increase attendance at all events.
Maintain compliance with NASBA and HRCI requirementsfor continuing education credits.
Utilize Slack, Asana, Novi AMS, and Dropboxfor collaboration in a fully remote setting.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in meeting planning(association experience preferred).
Proven ability to develop strategic educational programs.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a remote settingwith availability during Eastern Time Zone hours.
