Basic Function: This individual develops retention programs, sells membership and sponsorships to increase the overall membership experience within the Indiana Apartment Association (IAA). Primary Responsibilities: Recruit new members Maintain active and up-to-date prospect lists, call logs and related records Research all Indiana regions for membership prospects Engages in extensive interaction with membership. Develops and maintains strong relationships with vendors and management company representatives. Keep abreast of Indianapolis and regional market and membership updates, changes, legislative updates, etc. Develop and coordinate annual statewide members
