Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will work with the staff in a team environment on various projects and share a variety of office duties. This position will respond to member inquiries, assist with membership and education programs, database entries, recruitment campaigns, social media posts and will be the first point of contact for visitors. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing workflow and work with little supervision. Must be self-motivated and trustworthy. This candidate must be able to type and have extensive computer experience with a learning management system, Go to Webinar software, zoom, constant contact, and all Microsoft products. Some travel is required. The position is located in Tallahassee.
