The Opportunity The Executive Director oversees all aspects of the association and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. CASP is managed by a five-person professional staff and governed by an elected fifteen-member Board of Directors. The Executive Director will provide close consultation to the Board without themselves being a board member. The Executive Director is responsible for strategic planning, the supervision of staff, progress toward goals, implementation of board-approved policies, and the financial, program, and administrative management of association operations.
