The chief executive officer is responsible for all administration and management of the association. The CEO positions the organization based on the strategic plan and current and anticipated real estate industry and member needs. The CEO communicates clearly and effectively with people inside and outside the organization to develop positive relationships. Demonstrates understanding of the nuances of collaboration with the Board of Directors as well as the 17 local associations in the state to work toward common goals. The incumbent upholds high standards of fairness and ethics in everyday interactions, is understanding and sensitive to individual differences, and demonstrates respect in all interactions.
