The Hotel and Venue Specialist will be the principal interlocutor between the event management team and AIPAC’s hotel partners. Responsible for liaising with vendor HelmsBriscoe to identify new hotel properties, procure favorable hotel contracts, and manage AIPAC’s multiple delegate, staff, and vendor hotel blocks during national events. He/she will also maintain AIPAC’s relationship with the hotel community in Washington, DC, and domestic and international destinations. The Hotel and Venue Specialist will work closely with AIPAC’s regional staff, providing critical advice on hotel management and being available and responsive to their requests and questions throughout the year. Finally, the Hotel and Venue Specialist will also be responsible for aiding in the logistical p
