Position Summary: AHLA is seeking a Manager, External Government Affairs on the State and Local Government Affairs Team. This position will be responsible for assisting AHLA’s state and local government affairs team on external tasks, events and initiatives. This position will work cross-functionally with the Political Affairs, Conferences & Events and Marketing & Communications teams to execute designated grassroots, political and event initiatives.  Responsibilities: Assist the state and local regional team with executing non-lobbying duties, including but not limited to the planning, coordination and communications of state and local team meetings, events and conferences.
