Major statewide trade association seeks an Event and Member Services Coordinator to manage unique functions for the association and serve as primary site coordinator for events such as statewide lunch and dinner events,  special interest conferences, quarterly board meeting and the Annual Meeting.   Works directly with hotels on contracts and event details.  Also works with association committees on administrative tasks.  Minimum qualifications include bachelor’s degree and 3-5 year meeting planning or event coordination.   Some event registration and material management experience also required.  Marketing and graphics skills are a helpful but not required.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and using a database.  Overnight travel projected at 35-50 nights/year.
