This position will manage the association’s membership recruitment and retention program including: Recruitment of new community members Retention of existing community members Increase visibility of association by setting up in person meetings with potential members Visiting members and nonmembers, attending member events and promoting member activities in monthly newsletter and magazine Develop promotional materials to highlight members, industry partners and topics of interest Schedule region meetings throughout the state on a monthly basis Manage association membership database – must have extensive computer experience and be able to type Recruit members to serve on various committees – Membership, Education
