The Senior Manager, Membership Database will be a key contact for internal and external users of iMIS. The Manager will build and run reports, maintain data integrity, and work with all aspects of the membership database. ACTE is currently undergoing an upgrade from iMIS desktop to the cloud-based iMIS EMS, and the Senior Manager, Membership Database will assist in working with consultants and staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Run/Build iMIS reports and queries/IQAs
Analyze database issues and develop solutions
Liaison with external iMIS consultants
Maintain data integrity in iMIS
Coordinate State & Region conference registration (including online) set up
Assist with on-site meeting registration
Run Monthly G/L reports & reconciliation of iMIS to G/L
Distribute state, division and region meeting rosters to state leaders/VPs
Create invoices in iMIS, confirm and track payments for sponsorships, eblasts, advertising, follow up on open balances
Run monthly billing for individual, Educational Institution, Corporate, and Affiliate members
Review/Proof iMIS batches including error correction
Run membership rosters
Complete monthly State Financial Detail process to distribute dues to state affiliates
Review ShopACTE (bookstore) orders
Reconcile monthly ShopACTE (bookstore) inventory
Add new inventory to iMIS and make inventory adjustments
Process quarterly ShopACTE (bookstore) royalty payments
Fulfill requests for membership information promptly
Process manual credit card charges and refunds (serve as back up)
Month Close process in iMIS (serve as back up)
Enter and approve ACH transactions (serve as back up)
A/R batch processing (serve as back up)
Process membership batches (serve as back up)
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
5-8 years minimum experience working in iMIS and database administration required
Knowledge of building IQA’s (iMIS report query)
Strong communication, organizational, analytical and customer service skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work with volunteer leaders and outside vendors
Experience implementing new/upgraded technology systems preferred
Ability to travel to events within the US 3-4 times per year
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree

COMPENSATION:
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position with an annual salary range of $80,000-$82,500, depending on experience.
