VISIT FLORIDA is seeking a collaborative, team-oriented individual with membership marketing experience and strong communication and administrative skills to join our Industry Relations team as our Industry Relations Manager. This role is located in our corporate office located in Tallahassee, Florida.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage the Partner benefits platform, ensuring all benefits are reviewed annually and improved as needed. Manage new Partner enrollment campaigns and partner retention.
Oversee the management of the Florida Vacation Guide listings with agency partner to ensure all Partner listings are included and appropriately formatted.
Manage the Targeted Marketing Assistance Program (TMAP), which is designed to help small, minority, rural and agritourism businesses improve their marketing efforts. Ensure the program is communicated to key stakeholders and marketing support provided from key departments.
Provide administrative and task support for Regional Partnership Managers in support of partnership servicing across the state.
Serve as liaison for the Industry Services Council. Promote positive relations with Partners, tourism industry and vendors. Represent the company and speak as needed at various industry meetings, events, and conferences around the state.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
3 + years of experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience working with CRM databases. Salesforce experience preferred
Experience with membership marketing and retention processes
