The Director also oversees the management of IEEE Eta Kappa Nu, the academic honor society for IEEE's fields of interest.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computing, business and/or education; Master’s preferred
* 10 – 15 years’ progressive experience in the development and successful management of existing and newly created educational programs and/or products
* 7 – 10 years’ of successfully leading teams in the achievement of program goals and objectives
* 2 - 4 years’ experience working with volunteer boards and committees preferred
* Experience with product and business planning, project management, financial statements, quantitative analysis, projects and market research is strongly preferred
* Exemplary communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
* Results oriented
* Expert knowledge of engineering, computing and STEM fields
* Demonstrated understanding of not-for-profit organizations and working with volunteers
* Comprehension of university education models and STEM education standards
