Fast paced company in North Tampa, FL looking for someone who has experience with meeting coordination and marketing or a good understanding with the desire to learn. You must have a working knowledge of MS Office programs, knowledge of Constant Contact or a similar program would be helpful. Email marketing knowledge is a plus.  Will work with speakers, sponsors and exhibitors to coordinator their participation at our meetings.  Will interact with members to register them for events, renew memberships and answer basic questions.  Will create and manage continuing education forms, attendee communication and name badges.  This is a small office and everyone helps with office tasks (phones, general inquiries, filing) Work hours can be flexible (8 hour day with 30 minute lunch
