The American Society for Public Administration—the nation’s leading professional association for public administration—is seeking a thoughtful and creative Membership and Program Associate. The associate is the organization’s primary representative to our 10,000-plus members and stakeholders, including public servants working at every level of government; university deans, chairs and professors; and students. The associate is responsible for the effective management and execution of ASPA’s membership renewal, retention and recruitment activities. The role focuses on successful relationship building with current and prospective members, requiring a high level of interpersonal communication and exceptional communications skills.
