Annual Meeting Programs Associate I
SUMMARY The Meeting Program Associate provides administrative and logistical coordination of the Meeting Programs areas. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Supports the organization of educational programs for scientific meetings planned by the Program Committee in an in-person, hybrid, or all-virtual environment. Coordinates communications for abstract submitters and presenters. Coordinates abstract presentation sessions at scientific meetings, supporting session chairs and presenters. Organizes the collection and review of proposals for scientific meeting panel sessions.
