Member Services Specialist
This position is located in Sacramento, California. This is a full-time, nonexempt position. Under general supervision, the Member Services Specialist is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the California Lawyers Association’s (CLA) member database/association management system, including registration and MCLE data for education programs, membership enrollments, and the processing and depositing of payments. This position handles entering, revising, tracking, maintaining, uploading and retrieving data within systems, as well as providing reports. This position also assists with the preparation, packing and staffing for onsite education programs and events.
