AGC is looking for a Manager of Chapter Support Services to join our team – an individual who is customer-service focused, innovative, self-motivated, and creative.  This position will work with the chapter support and member engagement team as well as AGC staff on communicating and delivering AGC’s chapter value proposition.  The Manager, Chapter Services is responsible for AGC’s chapter membership support efforts as they related to collaborating with chapters to gather and enhance the quantity and quality of AGC member data, marketing AGC’s chapter programs and services and assisting in the development of tools and resources that help chapters be higher performing.

Responsibilities:

• Serves in a front-line customer service role, providing support to AGC’s chapters, members and prospective members.
• Manages AGC’s Chapter communications, social media and listservs.
• Manages the AGC Chapter Awards programs.
• Oversees AGC’s Chapter data collection efforts to include the development and execution of regular surveys and reports.
• Provides support for chapter programs and meetings.
