Position Description 

The IIF currently seeks a dynamic and organized Program Assistant to join our Economic Research department. S/he will primarily provide administrative support to the Managing Director/Chief Economist with calendar management, setting up meetings, and providing research assistance as needed. S/he will also support committee and working group activities and assist with report production. Help to manage the production of economic research reports by copyediting, ensuring that branding and formatting guidelines are adhered to, and producing tables, charts, and graphs. Finally, s/he also helps to organize department events by compiling invitation lists, drafting, and distributing invitations, drafting and distributing speaker invitations, and assisting with logistical preparations. This is a part-time position, up to 20-hours a week, with flexible scheduling.
