Chapter office of a national association is in search of a full-time bookkeeper/administrative assistant.   Duties would include, but not limited to:

• Accounts payable/receivable
• Payroll (as well as payroll tax deposits)
• Bank Reconciliations
• Posting jobs on our website for members, and invoicing customers.
• Journal entries
• Preparation of bank deposits
• Cash management for 12 sections of our state chapter, as well as working closely with section treasurer to ensure all expenses/income are correctly logged to each section.
• Assisting Executive Director in preparing financials to be presented to Board members.
• Assisting the Executive Director during the Chapter’s annual conference events.
• Must be able to travel for annual conference.
• Various office administrative tasks as required
