At the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA), we provide medical communicators with educational resources, networking events, and a welcoming community of peers. Our organization is in a growth mode and we need additional support to carry out our regular activities and new initiatives. 

The position will provide critical support to the administrative office and major programs (Education and Membership).   

Major areas of responsibility include

• Member service and support
• Office management and administrative tasks
• Education product order fulfillment and customer service
• Project support for AMWA’s membership, education, and certification programs

In fulfilling these responsibilities, the Assistant has significant interaction with members, prospects, and other staff.  This position(s) can be structured as part-time or full-time; short or long-term.
