What you'll do: The Meetings Associate provides administrative support for the Events team with respect to ordering and maintaining supplies for conferences, packing and coordinating conference shipments, printing badges and other materials, compiling conference survey and feedback scores, coordinating follow-up letters, maintaining databases and files, and providing on-site support at conferences. You will support the team’s event planners by working on hotel specifications, researching reception and other venues, and coordinating the completion of conference contracts. The position supports the execution of exhibits and sponsorships with handling invoicing, data entry, and servicing exhibitors and sponsors as needed. |
